Location: Astoria, Oregon
Duration: Initial commitment 6 months

Schedule: Part-time or full time (will consider 2 weeks per month)
Shift: 4,10-hour, Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm
Call: 15 days of call per month (phone call only)
- You do not come back into the Cancer Center/hospital
- Only on call for established patients (0-1/day)
- Non-established patients go to ED and work with OHSU for concerns
Clinic patient volume: Average daily patients: 10-12, no more than 2 new patients a day.
- 30-minute appointments, 2 new patient visits > 1-hour appointments
Scope: Oncology
EMR: Cerner Community Works, EPIC through OHSU
Hospital: 25 bed critical access hospital, Level IV trauma designation
Supporting Staff: Physician provider has a dedicated nurse navigator and medical assistant, 2 pharmacists, social worker, register dietitian, infusion nurses, Lab, PET/CT weekly, radiation therapy, infusion, pharmacy, NO APP (They are recruiting a perm APP). 1 other MD, 10 infusion chairs.
Requirements (boards, license): Must be Board Certified (hematology and oncology ideally)
Active Licenses: WA (or compact) and OR licenses, WA and OR DEAs, Board Certified, ACLS
