Job Description

Occupational Medicine locum tenens opportunity in Oregon
Location: Northern Oregon
Duration: Locum to permanent position
Schedule: Monday – Friday 
Reason for coverage: Need in our facility for growing community.
Shift: Day 8a-5p
Call: None
Patients: At least 20 patients per day
Scope: Work Comp and Employer Health
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Clinic
Requirements: Oregon License, Board Certified Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Family Medicine with Occmed experience

*Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice – PAID for locum opportunities*
*Assistance with credentialing provide – Expedited 30 days *
