Job Description

Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: May/June – December (potential for extension)
Schedule: 3-5 days per week
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p (option for a 1p-7p shift)
Call: None
Patient Volume: Up to 20 per day
Scope: outpatient only, clinic, gyn and women’s health
EMR: Epic
Group: 3 other OBGYNs, Full support staff
Health System: Federally qualified health system  
Requirements: Board certified or board eligible with Illinois license, Illinois CSR license, Illinois DEA

*Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice – PAID for locum opportunities*
*Assistance with credentialing provide – approximately 30 days*
