Come join an established group of four OBGYN’s who share OB evenly. There’s no focus on RVU’s here, so our providers aren’t fighting over patients or procedures. Providing value-based care is the priority here.
Professional:
* New DaVinci Robot in-house with proctoring available
- Support: We have Nurses taking 1st call, Pediatricians attending all deliveries of multiples as well as C-Sections (20% C-section rate)
- We ship anything less than 35 weeks to Level I Hospital
- All group members share OB, but you can keep any GYN that you do
- OBG’s make the schedule 3-5months out, so they can all plan trips/vacations easier and swap schedules when needed.
- Annual Salary + Paid Call + annual Retention bonus + sign-on, means you’ll make no less than $400,000 in year one
- Full Health benefits, $1M/$3M Malpractice and Tail coverage, Sick leave, 1 week CME with $5k allowance
