About Us:
We are currently seeking a dedicated, mission-minded Hematology/Oncology physician to join our team. Our state-of-the-art cancer center is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a compassionate team of professionals. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to work alongside another provider and collaborate closely with our radiation oncology team.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with our team to provide comprehensive care to our patients
- Working in tandem with our radiation oncology team to develop treatment plans
- Ensuring the highest standard of care for all patients
Qualifications:
- Completion of postgraduate/ACGME accredited training residency or fellowship in Hematology/Oncology
- Experience is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Dedication to providing compassionate care to patients
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Compensation and Benefits:
- Wage Scale: DOE $430,804 -$548,908
- (Current provider making $1 Million+)
- Post-guarantee wRVU: $93
- Annual value comp bonus: up to $25,000 (available year one)
- APP oversight compensation: $7,500/year (if applicable)
- Starting bonus: $45,000
- Student loan assistance: up to $100,000 paid over 5 years starting post-guarantee – must provide proof of student loan debt
- Monday to Friday schedule with evenly shared call responsibilities, including phone call only with no expectation of needing to come in
