Professional
- Join a team that includes a pediatrician, 3 medical assistants and full support staff
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, no call, nights, or weekends
- 10 exam rooms, lab on-site with GeneXpert machine, room for minor procedures
- Medical Director – only 5-7 hours per month – $18K-$21K additional compensation
- Cerner EMR with dragon dictation but transitioning to EPIC in 2026
- 1st year guaranteed base of $314K/$60K sign-on/$45K quality bonus/$15K relocation
- RVU Production with a RVU rate of $52
- Full benefits including 401K with annual match
- CME, license & DEA fees, and medical staff dues reimbursed
- 5 weeks of PTO that increases with length of employment
- $100K student loan repayment paid directly to provider within 5 years ($20K per year)
