- Generous Base Salary/Student Loan Assistance/ Sign-On and Relocation
- Join a Seasoned Team of 2 Dental Assistants and 1 RDH in a Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Clinic
- Expect to See 8-14 Patients Per Day, Monday-Thursday, Closed on Fridays
- 4-Day Work Week, 10 Hour Days and 8 Hours of Patient Contact
- Supported by an Established FQHC Based in Southern Idaho with 15 Clinics
- Collaborate and Consult with Medical Providers, Mental Health Staff, and other Collaborative Partners to Ensure Effective Treatment for Patients
- Recently Renovated Clinic with 3 Operatories, 6 Exam Rooms and Pharmacy
