• Current team: A collaborative group of Outpatient Psychiatrists, Therapists (psychologists/LCSWs/LMFTs), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (DNPs) 
• Craft Your Schedule Based on Passions: 
  • Weekly schedule average: 32 hours of direct patient care hours with 8 hours of dedicated time for administration and/or resident teaching 
  • NEW: Inpatient coverage in a newly-opened inpatient psychiatric hospital; current focus on adult psychiatrists with growth expected in adolescent, gero-psych, ECT, and PHP/IOP needs. 
  • Robust TMS Program 
  • Also recruiting for psychiatrists interested in CL-psychiatry for medical inpatient floors and/or ED coverage. 
  • Geriatric IOP program and Spravato Clinic in development. 
  • Starting ECT program 
• Patient Care: 60 Minutes for New Patients, 30 Minutes for Follow-Ups 
• Outpatient Call: 1:7 (Phone Call Only, Average 10 Calls per Week) 
• Teaching Opportunities: 
  • EMC has multiple ACGME-accredited training programs. Psychiatry current involved in training family medicine residents, internal medicine residents and fellows. 
  • Accredited ACGME Psychiatry Training Program opening in July 2026
