Job Description

Location: Northern New Hampshire
Duration: October – Ongoing, minimum 6 months (with option to extend)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, (will consider 4 days a week). 36 patient care hours with 4 hours of admin time built into the schedule
Call: None
Patient volume: 16-20 patients/day
Scope: Outpatient Primary Care, all ages, ~40-50% Geriatric population. Concentration on chronic disease management.
EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Support: RN Team leader and designated MA
Required: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License.
