- Huge need in the community! 150 referrals/month per clinic, 60-80 day wait times for patients.
- Outpatient-focused (90%) with consults and hospital rounding only on own patients
- Call schedule: 1:3–1:4 weekends
- In-office diagnostics: Echo, stress testing, and nuclear
- Busy clinic volumes: 15–20 patients per half-day session
- Interventional team assists with general call
