Job Description

Position Details:

  • Schedule Options:

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour days (preferred)

  • OR Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days

  • Ideally seeking full-time providers, but might consider 2 weeks a month 

  • Call Schedule:

  • 1 weekday on-call per week

  • Weekend call every 5th week (Friday–Sunday)

  • Patient Volume: 20–25 patients/day

  • Scope: Outpatient only – No OR procedures required

  • EMR: Epic

    Facility Info:

    • Team: 4 Physicians, 4 APPs, RNs, MAs, and full support staff

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible

    • Clean malpractice history required

    Compensation:

    • Competitive market-based rates
