Job Description

Location: Sacramento suburbs
Duration: May, ongoing
Schedule: Full time, 4-5 days every week
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: None
Patient volume: must be comfortable seeing up to 20 patients/day once ramped up
Scope: Outpatient primary care
If IM trained ages 18-100
If FP trained MUST be able to see ages 0-100
EMR: Epic (experience required)
Affiliated Hospital: Level I trauma, academic center
Group/support: Full sub specialty support
Required: Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, must have PCP experience within 12 months, Epic experience, FIVE references (within any medical professional, post interview prior to offer)
