New Job Details – Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
Duration: starting in 30 days for at least 90 days (potential for extension)
Location: Near Sacramento
Shift: 8a-5p
Schedule: Minimum of 4 days per week, every week per month (ideally 5 days/week)
Call: None
Scope: Outpatient primary care
If IM trained 18-100
If FP trained MUST be able to see 0-100
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: Level I trauma, academic center
Group/support: Full sub-specialty support
Credentialing timeline: 30-60 days (able to grant temporary privileges with clean background)
