Job Description

Interventional Cardiologist locum tenens opportunity in Utah
Location: 30 minutes from Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: 10 – 24-hour full cardiology (STEMI + Cardiology) shifts per month (including one weekend Fri-Sunday).
Shift:

  • 1-2 weekday clinic shifts with night call
  • Mon-Thurs – 7a-4p (clinic), 4p-7a – Night call
  • Friday-Monday (a) – 24-hour 7a-7a

Required procedures: Left and right heart caths, coronary angioplasty/stents, balloon pump/impella, transesophageal Echo, pacemakers.
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: Echo Tech, Lab Tech, RN, X-ray Tech, Nuclear Tech
Hospital: Level 4 Trauma
Requirements:

  • Board Certified Interventional Cardiology
  • Active UT license
  • Active BLS, DEA
