- Involved with Hospital Operations
- Presence on Important Committees (MEC, Throughput)
- Work Closely with All Levels of Staff – Nurses to C-Suite
- Weekly meetings with CFO, CEO and all c-suite executives
- Review/Manage Cases, Build schedules, Shadow Rounding
- Disciplinary and On-boarding responsibilities
- 75% admin and 25% clinical
