This growing psychiatry residency program, launched in 2021, is expanding and seeking passionate educators and clinicians to help shape the next generation of psychiatrists. This is a full-time, outpatient-based position with a balanced blend of clinical care and resident teaching. Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient practice – adult or child/adolescent psychiatry
- Monday–Friday schedule with no call; 32 clinical hours + 8 admin hours/week
- Faculty appointment with academic rank commensurate with experience
- Protected academic time to focus on teaching and program development
- Psychiatry residency growing to 30 residents by 2025
- Administrative support from onsite GME office, DIO, and Program Director
- $350K starting salary + incentives with potential upward adjustment based on productivity percentile
