This NP-Oncology Locum Tenens position is located in Oregon
Location: Northern Coastal Oregon (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: Start date as soon as possible. Initial commitment 6 months,
Schedule: Full time: 4–10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday
Shift: 4–10-hour shifts
Call: NO CALL. Potential for on-call responsibility in 2025
Patients Per Day: 12-14, 10 follow up visits > 30-minute appointments.
Scope: Medical Oncology
EMR: Cerner Community Works, EPIC
Hospital: 25 bed critical access hospital, Level IV trauma designation
Lab, PET/CT weekly, Radiation Therapy, Infusion, Pharmacy
Supporting Staff: APP has support from a Nurse Navigator and Medical Assistant
Other Onsite Team: 2 Pharmacists, Social Worker, Register Dietitian, Infusion Nurses
Requirements (boards, license): Family Nurse Practitioner certified through ANCC or AANP
Active Licenses: OR (will need to apply for WA, if doesn’t already have); Needs OR DEA
