After you, and your spouse/significant other, have reviewed the information on the practice and community, and you are interested in being considered for the opportunity, kindly forward us a copy of your CV if we do not already have it.  We will need to spend some time on the phone with you, and your spouse, to gain a clear understanding of your current situation. We will document that information in the form of a cover letter and forward that on to our client.

We will verify your board certification and all state licenses. You will need to complete our electronic candidate background disclosure form via Hellosign which will automatically be sent to your Recruiter Consultant. If you have any current or past background issues, malpractice cases that were dropped, settled, or still pending we will need them to be disclosed to our client. Kindly provide us a brief written explanation of these cases.

We will forward your information, along with two potential interview dates, to our client lead, Ashley Climer, to set up an initial call. Should that call go well, we will arrange a time for you to interview onsite or virtually. For Onsite interviews, your spouse, or significant other is also invited to attend the interview and evaluate the community. They will fly you into Fresno, and stay at a hotel in Fresno, then drive to Reedley where you will meet hospital executives and administration. You will meet with the physicians and staff over the better part of the day to get a feel for their personalities and how you will fit into the medical community. You will also tour the community with a local realtor that is familiar with the entire area.

After your interview, we will receive feedback from all staff members that met with you over the next two to three days. We will follow up with you regarding your interest and the next steps. If an offer is extended it will be in the form of Letter of Intent (LOI). Once you sign the LOI you will be emailed a contract within two – four days. Once you receive the contract, kindly review, sign and return it.
