Location: Arizona
Schedule: 7 days per month, every 4th week of the month – Monday-Sunday inpatient coverage
Shift: Friday – Thursday, 8am-5pm, with weeknight call (call can be taken from home/hotel)
Call: Negotiable Weeknight call, 5pm-8am, volume: 0-2/3 calls per night. This is for Family call; there’s an inpatient Hem/Onc on duty nights (leaves at 6 AM).
Patients: 10-15 inpatients
Scope: Pediatric Hematology Oncology for Bone Marrow Transplant patients – autologous and allogeneic, floor status primary coverage with APP assisting, and collaboration with PICU for patients requiring ICU care
EMR: Allscripts
Group: 3 BMT attendings available any time for back up. 4.8 APP coverage. Pre/Post BMT RN coordinators.
Requirements: BC, ACGME or AOA accredited Residency and Fellowship program, Active PALS (must have AHA logo), Open to license, Active AZ license and/or IMLC Compact but open to see non-licensed for the right fit.
