Job Description

Locum General Cardiology | Virginia | Asap (30-60 days to cred) – Ongoing 

Job Details:
location:  50 miles outside of Norfolk, VA
Duration: ASAP 2024 – December 2024
Reason for coverage:   Recruiting for Perm
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p with rotating call
Call: rotating, 4 weeknights/per month. 1-2 weekends per month, Weekend shift is Friday 5p-8a
Patient volume:   Location 1 : 15-25 (1 physician staffed daily)
                                Location 2: 5-15 (1-1.5 physicians staffed daily)
Call volume: 1-5 phone calls per night, APP on call alongside physician.
Scope:   General Cardiology clinic with General Call/rounding on the weekend.
EMR: EPIC
Requirements (boards, license):  BC with VA license.
