Job Description

Duration: September – Ongoing
Schedule:  4-5 days per week / 2-4 weeks per month
Shift: flexible: 10 hour/ 12-hour shifts- open to weekends and 24 hours
Call: no
Patient volume: ranges.  If they are in a room and the procedures are complete, they will have them float to other rooms until the shift is complete. 
Scope: Bread/ Butter- full scope of cases
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: medically directed.  2/1 or 3/1 CRNA to MDA
Requirements (boards, license): Certified, NY State Medical License
