Community-Based Hematology/Oncology 

  • Employed by community-owned independent hospital
  • Financially sound health system with Zero Debt 
  • Participate in the design of the new community-based cancer center 
  • 4-day workweek | NO CALL 
  • Support from comprehensive team and oncology trained APP 
  • No local competition with strong, established referral base 
  • Health system promotes autonomy and flexibility for physicians

Compensation Package 

  • $700,000 base salary with both quality and production incentives ($105/RVU)
  • Director stipend available for suitable candidates 
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation, and $50,000 housing bonus for down payment  
  • $50,000 retention bonus 
  • 6 weeks of PTO plus 1 week of CME time 
  • 457 plan with 6% employer match on 403(b)
