• Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off, 7pm–7am 
• Average Patient Volume: 8-12 per shift, Admissions: 1–3 per night 
• Team Environment: Work alongside 3 Hospitalists and 4 APPs 
  • Support: ED runs codes and procedures 
• Hospital: 25-bed Critical Access facility with 6-bed ICU 
• Employment: Hospital-employed with full benefits package
