Job Description

Location: New York 
Duration: ASAP – Ongoing
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 weeks per month; 2 weeks per month minimum
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7 AM – 7 PM
Call: Negotiable, if desired
Patient Volume: Variable. When procedures are complete, providers may float to other rooms until the shift ends.
Scope: General anesthesia, full range of cases. MDA will both medically direct CRNAs and perform independent cases.
EMR: EPIC
Facilities: Providers may be required to rotate between the four hospitals, with advance notice provided.
Group/Support: Medical Direction. MDAs will direct CRNAs in the OR, with a typical CRNA-to-Anesthesiologist ratio of 2:1 or 3:1.
Requirements: Board Certified, NY State Medical License
Benefits: Travel, accommodations, and malpractice insurance covered
