New Job Details – Cardiology – Electrophysiology, Upstate New York
Location: Upstate, NY
Duration: As soon as credentialed – 6 month assignment (option to extend)
Schedule: Full-time, 4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm (flexibility to stay as needed to complete procedures), preferably 3-5 days/week 
Call: Rotating, 1 week per month (low volume, phone consults)
Patient volume: Patient load can range, roughly 200 Ablations per year with each case ranging 1-4 hours per case
Scope: Locum Cardiac Electrophysiology MD/DO, ideally covering 2 days in clinic and 3 days inpatient rounding and procedures – flexibility to schedule 5 days inpatient rounding/procedures and no clinic as well
Procedures performed: device implants including ICD, CRT, Micra devices, Pacemakers, Loop recorders, TEE’s, Cardiac catheter ablations, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: 3-4 EP’s, 2-3 APP EP’s
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active NYS License, preferably enrolled with NYS payors/Medicaid
